From the pampas to the alpine pastures, one passion for fire

On the pampas as in our mountain pastures, people have always lived by the rhythm of the herds, wide open spaces and the wood fire. Braza (“the ember”) brings both worlds together: the generosity of the Argentine asado and the indulgence of Savoyard recipes.

Meats cook slowly over the embers, cheeses from our mountains melt over the flame, and the evening lingers over a glass of Malbec or Savoie wine, rue des Tovets.
